We are extremely busy thanks to your amazing support, and we’re working as hard as we can to ensure your order will arrive on time. Note that the shipping time noted at checkout only accounts for shipping/in-transit time. Every order requires time to make each item (timelines as stated on product pages) before it ships using the selected method at checkout.

My order shipped, but my tracking link doesn't work

Once your order ships, please keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with your order status.

My tracking link says my package has been delivered, but I can't find it

Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check mailbox, exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed including but not limited to an apartment front office. If you still cannot locate the package, please call the carrier to inquire about the proof of delivery and/or file a claim. If you've gone through all of these steps, please contact our support team at inuofficial20@gmail.com.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, COVID-19 related regulations, etc.
